摘  要:目的:研究镰形棘豆总黄酮提取物对D-半乳糖致亚急性衰老小鼠的抗氧化作用。方法:腹腔注射D-半乳糖建立衰老小鼠模型,镰形棘豆总黄酮水溶液500、200、100 mg/kg分别连续灌胃70 d后,测定各组小鼠血浆、心脏和肝脏中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)和谷胱甘肽(GSH)的含量。结果:与模型组比较,低剂量能显著升高血浆和肝脏中SOD(P<0.05),降低心脏和肝脏中的MDA(P<0.01),升高心脏和肝脏中的GSH(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:镰形棘豆总黄酮具有明显的抗氧化衰老作用。Objective : To study the antioxidative effect of total flavonoids from Oxytropis falcata Bunge (TFOF) on aging mice induced by D - galactose. Methods : The ageing mice model was established by injection of D - ga- lactose. The mice were orally given TFOF with doses of 500 mg/kg, 200 mg/kg, and 100 mg/kg, respectively. All mice were treated for seventy days, and the content of SOD, MDA and GSH in blood, heart and liver tissue were determined. Results: Compared with aging model, the low dose of TFOF could significantly raise the content of SOD in blood and liver tissue (P 〈 0.05 ), decrease the level of MDA in heart and liver tissue (P 〈 0.01 ) and raise the level of GSH in heart and liver tissue ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : The TFOF exhibits significant antioxidation activity.
