摘　　要：目的:探讨妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)产前规范化筛查及诊断,并将GDM孕妇纳入孕期营养门诊进行临床干预管理。方法:对2011-06以后我院产科保健门诊定期接受产前检查的所有孕妇孕早期进行常规空腹血糖检测,孕24周后行葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT)。结果:GDM发病率约为7.6%,经过孕期血糖临床干预和管理,血糖控制满意,母儿并发症少。结论:GDM产前规范化筛查及临床管理有助于孕妇的血糖控制,可明显减少母儿并发症。Objective：To study the prenatal standardized screening and diagnosis of the gestational diabetes mellitus （GDM）, and to take clinical intervention management in pregnant women with GDM. Methods： After June 2006, all pregnant women in early pregnancy who inspected regularly in obstetric care clinics in our hospital were received routine detection of fasting blood glucose. The oral glucose tolerance test （OGTF） was performed for the pregnant women with 24 - week gestation. Results： The incidence of GDM was 7. 6%. After clinical intervention and management during pregnancy, the control of blood glucose was satisfactory, and the maternal and fetal complications decreased. Conclusion： The prenatal standardized screening and clinical management is helpful for the control of blood glucose in pregnant women with GDM, with fewer maternal and fetal complications.
