小剂量阿司匹林肠溶片释放度的在线过程分析

摘　　要：目的:研究一种原位、实时测定阿司匹林肠溶片体外释放度的测定方法。方法:采用光纤药物溶出度实时测定仪测定阿司匹林肠溶片,并与国家药品标准的测定结果进行比较。结果:光纤药物溶出度实时测定仪能够监测阿司匹林肠溶片的释放全过程,同时显示完整的药物溶出曲线。结论:光纤药物溶出度实时测定仪测定阿司匹林肠溶片与国家药品标准的测定结果一致,能够有效地监测阿司匹林肠溶片的体外释放度,具有实用意义。Objective： To study a method which can monitor the dissolution of aspirin enteric - coated tablets in vitro and real time. Methods： Fiber optic dissolution test system （FODT） was used to monitor the whole releasing procedure of aspirin enteric -coated tablets, the result was compared with that of Ch. P dissolution test （Ch. P）. Results： Fiber optic dissolution test system can monitor the whole drug releasing procedure, meanwhile showing complete drug stripping curve. Conclusion： No matter using fiber optic dissolution test system or using Ch. P, the determined result is no difference, and both of them can monitor the release of aspirin efficiently in vitro.
