摘 要:目的对乌药挥发油的血清药物化学进行研究,并观察乌药挥发油对兔肠道运动的影响。方法建立HPLC色谱分析方法;分析乌药挥发油给药前后血浆样品与其体外乌药挥发油的成分变化,鉴定血中移行成分。按在体肠实验操作,观察灌胃给予乌药挥发油时,兔肠肌收缩频率及幅度的变化。结果体外乌药挥发油在11.6min处有峰,给乌药挥发油后30min、1h、1.5h、2h、4h、6h的血浆与空白血浆相比,在11.6min和46.5min有新成分被测出。给乌药挥发油前后兔肠运动的频率和振幅差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但呈下降趋势。结论乌药挥发油有成分吸收入血,并对兔在体肠的运动有抑制趋势。Objective To study the serum pharmacochemistry of Lindera volatile oil and observe its effects on rabbit intestinal movement. Methods HPLC analysis was used to analyze the composition changes in plasma samples before and after volatile oil administration from Radix Linderae and in vitro plant volatile oil, and to identify transitional components in the blood. According to the in situ experimental operation, we observed the contraction frequency and amplitude changes of rabbit intestinal movement before and after intragastric administration of Lindera volatile oil. Results Lindera volatile oil reached one peak at 11.6 min; the rabbit plasma at 30 min, 1 h, 1.5 h, 2 h, 4 h and 6 h after administration of Lindera volatile oil had two substance peaks at 11.6 min and 46.5 min compared with the blank plasma. Rabbit bowel movement frequency and amplitude did not differ significantly before or after volatile oil administration (P 〈0. 05), but showed a decrease tendency. Conclusion Some components of Lindera volatile oil are absorbed into the blood, and can inhibit vivo rabbit intestinal movement.
