摘  要:深水湿天然气管道一般采用不挖沟露置铺设方式,投产后在海流、管体自重和海床土质等因素的共同作用下常处于比较复杂的半掩埋状态,其温降预测目前一般采用粗略的总传热系数线性插值模型,但该模型用于确定耐蚀合金管段长度时误差较大。针对这一问题,建立了深水湿天然气管道温降机理模型,并将其应用到耐蚀合金管段长度的计算中。根据机理模型与线性模型的对比结果,建议采用本文建立的机理模型。Generally, the wet natural gas pipeline is directly laid on the surface of seabed in deep water, and will be in the complex partially-buried state due to the combined effect of such factors as subsea current, pipe weight and seabed soil during the op- eration phase. The simple model, based on the lin- ear interpolation of the overall heat transfer coeffi- cient according to the buried ratio, is usually used to predict the temperature drop of the fluid flow in the partially-buried pipeline, which may give big error for the determination of length of corrosion resistant alloy (CRA) pipe section. For this prob- lem, a temperature drop mechanism model for deep water wet natural gas pipeline is developed and ap- plied to calculate the CRA length in this paper. Based on the comparison of the mechanism model and linear model, the mechanism model is recom- mended.
