摘　　要：提出了基于云计算和SOA的企业信息系统应用框架,该框架既能满足企业应用敏捷支持、随需应变的特点,同时也兼顾其高稳定、高复用、易扩展、易维护、低成本的策略要求。以中海油研究总院为例,对该框架的应用前景进行了展望,给出了建立企业云框架的具体思路与操作步骤。The paper puts forward one kind of enter- prise information system application framework based on cloud computing and SOA. The framework not only sat- isfies the agile support of enterprise application and the on-demand characteristics, but also contents the strategy of high stability, high reuse, easy expansion, easy ma- intenance and low cost. Finally, the paper takes CNO- OC Research Institute as an example to look ahead the framework application and give the specific ideas and steps for establishment of a enterprise cloud framework.
