摘　　要：目的:评价苦碟子注射液治疗心绞痛的有效性与安全性。方法:检索苦碟子注射液治疗心绞痛的随机、对照试验文献,使用ReMan 5.0软件对纳入文献进行分析,并评价其有效性。结果:采用固定效应模型分析,Chi2=1.95,df=8,P=0.98>0.05,具有较好的同质性,其OR(fixed)=4.56,95%CI=2.97～7.00,P<0.000 01。结论:苦碟子注射液对心绞痛的治疗安全有效。OBJECTIVE：To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Herba Ixeridii Sonchifolii injection for angina pectoris.METHODS：The randomized controlled trials（RCTs） on the efficacy and safety of Herba Ixeridii Sonchifolii injection for angina pectoris were retrieved,and the included RCTs were analyzed using ReMan 5.0 software,meanwhile,its effectiveness was evaluated.RESULTS：The analysis using fixed effect model analysis showed that Chi2=1.95 and df=8（P=0.980.05）,showing good homogeneity,with OR（fixed）=4.56,95%CI=2.97~7.00（P0.000 01）.CONCLUSION：Herba Ixeridii Sonchifolii injection is safe and effective for angina pectoris.
