内蒙古不同水质湖泊瓦氏雅罗鱼血液生理指标的研究  被引量:3

摘  要:血液是鱼类动物体内一种极其重要的组织,与营养状况、机体代谢及疾病有着密切的关联,也承担着体内运输、防御、免疫、体液调节及维持内环境相对稳定的功能。当鱼体受到外界因子影响而发生病理或生理变化时,也必定会在血液指标中反映出来。因而,鱼类的血液指标被广泛地用来评价鱼类的营养状况、健康状况以及对环境的适应状况,是重要的生理、病毒和病理学指标,可为鱼病诊断、环境监测及遗传育种、疾病防治等提供一定的生物学参考,进而为瓦氏雅罗鱼耐盐碱机理的研究提供理论依据。本文测定了达里诺尔湖和岗更湖瓦氏雅罗鱼血液生理指标。结果表明:达里诺尔湖瓦氏雅罗鱼的红细胞数、血红蛋白、红细胞压积、红细胞平均体积、白细胞数、血栓细胞、中性粒细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞等生理指标与生活在岗更湖中的瓦氏雅罗鱼的生理指标存在极显著的差异(P<0.01)。Summary: Fish is blood an extremely important organization, and nutritional status, metabolism and disease are closely related, but also bear the body, transportation, defense, immunity, humoral regulation and maintenance of relatively stable internal environment functions. When the fish by external factors influence the occurrence of pathological or physiological changes, it would certainly be reflected in the blood parameters. Thus, the blood parameters of fish is widely used to evaluate the fish's nutritional status, health and the environment to adapt to conditions, is an important physical, viruses and pathology indicators for fish disease diagnosis, environmental monitoring and genetic breeding , disease prevention and control to provide a biological reference and then for the Valsalva mechanism of salinity Leuciseus provide a theoretical basis. This measured Dalinuoer Lake and ganggeng lake Valsalva Jarraud fish blood physiological parameters. The results showed that: Dalinuoer Lake Valsalva Leuciscus number of red blood cells, hemoglobin, hematocrit, mean corpuscular volume, white blood cell count, blood clots cells, neutrophils, eosinophils and other physiological and life in the ganggeng lake the Valsalva Leuciscus physiological indicators there are significant differences (P 〈 0.01 ).
