摘 要:本文对影响沙棘硬枝扦插生根的主要因素进行了研究。结果表明:采条树冠部位、枝条部位对插穗生根无显著影响;在1~3年生枝条中,年龄越大、直径长度越大,生根效果越好;插穗长度对插穗生根有显著影响,15~25cm范围内的插穗长度越长越容易生根;扦插基质中掺有沙棘果渣后扦插生根效果显著提高;在高温高湿度的大棚环境条件下扦插生根效果更好;外源激素对生根有显著的影响,选取100×10-6的ABT 1号生根粉浸泡基部6h生根指标为最优选择。The purpose of the study was to investigate the main factors of Hippophae rhamnoides L. on rooting of hardwood. The re- sults obtained by the experiments indicated that there were no significant difference on different parts of crown and branches ; between 1 to 3 years old branches, the greater the age, the diameter of the longer length, rooting the better; cutting length has significant effects on rooting, the longer the branches, it take root more easily in the range of 15 -25cm cutting length; the rooting rate of hardwood was increased by mixing with fruit marc in matrix; the cuttings could root better in the plastic greenhouse environment of high temperature and high humidity conditions ; the rooting characters of cuttings was significantly influenced by exogenous hormone, in order to achieve the best rooting, the best optimal choice is that treated by 100ppm ABT NO. 1 for 6 hours.
