摘  要:为了观察附洛优对临床分离所得的大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和沙门菌的体外抑菌效果,采用试管二倍稀释法测定该药对3种菌株的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果表明,试验中附洛优对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和沙门菌的MIC值分别为156.3μg/ml,0.39μg/ml和1250μg/ml。In order to observe the inhibitory effect of macleaya cordatu injection against the clinical isolated strains of E. coli, Staphy-lococcus aureus and Salmonella in vitro,Tube dilution method was used to determine the minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) of the three clinical isolated strains. Ultimately, the result suggested that macleaya cordatu injection had the MIC of the E. coli strains , Staphylococcus aureus strains and Salmonella strains were 156.3μg/ml, 0. 391μg/ml and 1 250μg/ml respectively.
