铝柱撑蒙脱石的水热合成法制备及表征

摘  要:本文以钙基蒙脱石为原料,以keggin型离子作为柱化剂,采用水热合成法制得了铝柱撑蒙脱石,并通过XRD、FT-IR、TG-DTA、比表面和孔径分析对其结构进行了表征。结果表明,钙基蒙脱石的d001层间距由1.437 1nm增加到1.765 2nm;BET测定比表面积由75.38 m2/g增加到234.05m2/g,平均孔径从10.2nm减小到4.2nm,说明柱化剂已成功插入了蒙脱石层间形成了铝柱撑蒙脱石,因此采用水热合成法由钙基蒙脱石制备柱撑蒙脱石的方法是切实可行的。In this paper, aluminum pillared montmorillonite were prepared by hydrothermal method, using calcium montmorillonite as the raw material and keggin ion as pillaring agent. The sample was characterized by FT - IR, XRD, TG - DTA, specific surface area and pore analysis. The results indicate that the d001 interlayer spacing of the sample was expanded from 1. 4371nm to 1. 7652 nm and the BET surface area was increased from 75.38 m2/g to 234.05 m2/g, and the average pore size was decreased from 10.2nm to 4. 2nm. The pillaring agent has been successfully inserted into the interlayer of montmorillonite and formatted the aluminum pillared montmorillonite. So, prepared pillared Montmorillonite from calcium montmorillonite by hydrothermal synthesis method was practical.
