摘　　要：圆二色光谱仪作为一种特殊的吸收谱仪,在光学活性物质研究方面起着独特的作用。但在测试过程中影响测试结果的因素很多。本文以AVIV 410型圆二色光谱仪为例讨论了4方面的影响因素,包括仪器开机时参数设置,样品制备(包括液体样品溶剂的选择,浓度的配比,固体样品的制备),样品池的选择以及仪器的维护;以得到较好的测试结果。The circular dichroism （CD） spectrometer was a special absorption spectrometer to study the structural properties of optically active substances, getting a precise spectra of a sample was essential to the structural analysis, while many factors distorted the result. During the process of the tests based on AVIV model 410 circular dichroism （CD） spectrometer, four factors were discussed, as follows the parameter settings, the sample preparations （including the choice of the solvent, the concentration and the tablet of a solid sample）, the selection of cells as well as the instrument maintenances. If all these factors were considered, the result would be better.
