摘 要:[目的]为了探索补饲对新疆褐牛生长发育的影响,进行了放牧补饲育肥新疆褐牛公犊的试验。[方法]选取10月龄新疆褐牛公犊70头,分为对照组(放牧)和试验组(放牧加补饲)。分别于5月、6月、7月、8月和9月测定公犊体重和体尺,采集血样、牧草。[结果]表明:试验组全期犊牛平均日增重956.94g显著高于对照的573.61g,提高了66.83%,试验组公犊日增重在6月、7月、8月和9月份显著高于对照组,分别高出109.07%、121.37%、28.29%和43.79%。试验组公犊血清尿素氮水平在8月和9月份比对照组分别高出了13.35%和61.74%;试验组犊牛血清白蛋白在7月和8月份显著高于对照组,分别高出6.42%和4.88%,试验组犊牛血清球蛋白在7月和8月显著高于对照组,分别高出6.39%和4.88%。[结论]暖季放牧补饲能显著提高犊牛的日增重。补充料中的蛋白质能显著提高公犊血清尿素氮的含量,且补充料提供的氮素能有效的被公犊机体吸收合成自身蛋白,沉积体内使其日增重增加。[Objective]In order to explore the influence of supplementary on the growth and development in Xinjiang brow bull calves which was grazing and supplementary feeding and fattening at feedlot farm of Darning animal husbandry company from Mayto October, 2012. [Methods]70 ten-month Xinjiang brow bull calves were chosen and divided into control group (pasture) and treatment group (grazing and supplementary feeding). Body weight and body measurements of bull calves were determined. Blood and grass were collected. [Results] The results showed that: the mean daily gain was 956.94 g of treatment group,which was significantly increased by 66.83% than that of control group with 573.61 g. The daily gain of bull calves in treatment group was significantly higher than control group, which increased by 109. 07%, 121.37%, 28.29% and 43.79~ in June,July,August and September. Serum urea nitrogen level of bull calf in treatment group was 13.35% and 61.74% higher than the control group in August and September, respectively. Serum albumin of bull calf in treatment group was significantly increased by 6.42% and 4.88% than the control group in July and August. [Conclusion]Xinjiang brow bull calves by supplementary feeding in warm season were offered high protein, energy and nutrition level which could significantly improve the daily gain, and the protein in supplementary could significantly improve the bull calf serum urea nitrogen content, and the nitrogen (the material) could effectively absorbed by body, which could combine own protein and increase the growing weight through the deposit in the body.
