海军飞行员高尿酸血症与相关危险因素分析

摘　　要：目的研究海军飞行员高尿酸血症发生情况及相关危险因素。方法采用数字表法随机抽取海军飞行员高尿酸血症者35名作为观察组,抽取血尿酸正常飞行员35名作为对照组,详细询问病史,检测2组人体学指标和生化指标,B超检测脂肪肝患病情况,测定骨密度。结果观察组体质量指数(BMI)、三酰甘油(TG)水平、非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)明显高于对照组(P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05),多元相关分析显示血尿酸(UA)水平与BMI、TG、NAFLD正相关,与HDL-C负相关。结论血尿酸水平与BMI、TG、NAFLD密切相关,NAFLD、高BMI、高TG和低HDL是飞行员高尿酸血症的致病因素。Objective To investigate risk factors related with hyperuricemia in navy aviators. Methods Thirty-three navy aviators with hyperuricemia were randomly chosen as the observation group and another 35 navy aviators without hyperuricemia were used as the control group. First, an inquiry of past medical history was made, then, body mass indices, laboratory test results, seriousness of nonalcoholic fatty liver were detected with ultrasonography. Finally, results of bone density detection were compared between the 2 groups. Results Body mass indices, level of triglyceride （TG）, seriousness of nonalcoholic fatty liver in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The level of high-density lipoprotein in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Correlation analysis showed that serum uric acid level was positively correlated with body mass indices, level of triglycerides and seriousness of nonalcoholic fatty liver, while it was negatively correlated with high- density lipoprotein. Conclusion The level of serum uric acid was closely correlated with the levels of body mass indices, triglycerides and nonalcoholic fatty liver. Nonalcoholic fatty liver, high body mass indices, high level of triglyceride and low level of high-density lip- oprotein were contributing factors of hyperuricemia in navy aviators.
