摘 要:目的了解不同海拔高度对静脉采血的影响。方法在北京平原与模拟的不同海拔高度分别使用采血针留取水溶液至真空采血管各5管,进行比较和统计分析。结果随着模拟海拔高度的升高,使用采血针抽取至采血管内的样本液减少,在到达5000 m高度时已采不出样本液,与北京平原相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在模拟低压舱采取静脉血时,要用合理的方式采集和处理血标本。Objective To study the effect of different simulated altitudes on venous blood sampling. Methods Blood sampling needles were used to collect water solution at Beijing plain and at different simulated altitudes as well, and stored the collected solutions respectively into 5 bottles of vacuum sampling bottles for statistical analyses. Results The amounts of solutions stored in the bot- tles decreased with the increase of simulated altitudes. When an altitude of 5000 m was reached, the sample solutions could hardly be taken from the sampling bottles. Statistical significance could be seen, when the sample solutions collected at different simulated altitudes were compared with those collected at Beijing plain( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion When blood samples were taken in the hypobaric chamber, appropriate methods should be used to collect and treat blood samples.
