摘  要:详细介绍了Ф800mmDR节能型双层甲醇合成塔内件及其与之配套的带前置废热锅炉甲醇合成工艺流程的特点。实际运行情况表明:该内件体现出单塔压差小、催化剂利用率高、温度调节手段灵活、生产强度和操作弹性大、催化剂自卸的特点;采用该内件改造后,醇氨比从43%提高至60%,甲醇产量从120t/d提高至220t/d,吨甲醇可副产0.30~0.35MPa蒸汽1000kg。A detailed description is given of the Ф 800 mm DR energy conservation double-layer methanal converter and its corollary methanol synthesis process flow with a pre-waste heat boiler, their characteristics are presented. The actual operation shows that the special features of the internals arc small differential pressure of the single converter, high catalyst utilization ratio, flexible means of temperature adjustment, high production intensity and operation flexibility, and self-discharge of catalysts. With renovation of the internals, the ratio between methanol and ammonia rises from 43% to 60%, the output of methanol increases from 120 t/d to 220 t/d, and a ton of methanol generates 1 000 kg of steam at 0.30 -0.35 MPa as a by-product.
