摘　　要：针对目前CORS应用中出现的坐标转换参数保密和权限控制等实际问题,设计了基于流动站的用户智能管理系统,实现了面向用户端的智能控制与服务管理。以西安GNSS连续运行综合服务系统为例,研制开发了基于CORS用户端的实时三维成果智能转换与控制软件,并论述了软件的开发流程和主要功能模块。In order to protect and control the parameters of coordinate parameters, this paper designs an intelligent management system for the rover - based users. For example, it is developed a CORS users real - time three - dimension- al results of intelligent conversion and control software, and the software development process and the main function mod- ules are provided. In conclusion, the researches of this article results has a certain reference value for the city CORS co- ordinate conversion works.
