摘　　要："9·11事件"后,美国作家菲利普·罗斯认为悲剧的根源不仅在于国际局势的变化,而更是由于国内日益激化的文化、种族和意识形态方面的冲突和矛盾。他在小说《反美阴谋》中以另类历史的方法重新审视第二次世界大战时的美国社会和历史,尝试回答谁在反美这一极具挑战性的问题。After the 9/11 terrorist attack,Philip Roth thinks about the cause of the tragedy and believes that not only the international situation but the domestic problems in culture,race and ideology should be re-examined.In his new novel The Plot Against America,he uses an approach of alternate history to reconstruct the American history during the Second World War and tries to answer the challenging question ＂who plots against America.＂
