摘　　要：介绍了隔震技术及其工作原理,分析了村镇房屋抗震、减震新型技术研究开发的必要性。提出带钢绞线的砂与橡胶粒复合隔震装置;基于土的抗剪强度理论,阐述其作用机理,通过数值分析说明其隔震性能。这种新型隔震装置适合在村镇低矮建筑中推广应用,值得开发研究。Describes the isolation technique and working principle,analyzes the seismic damping model of rural housing,the necessity of technology research and development.This paper puts forward a new composite isolation device;Based on Soil Shear strength theory,expounds its mechanism of action,by means of numerical analysis indicates its isolation performance.This device is suitable for low rural buildings application and should be given more developmental researches.
