地氯雷他定治疗过敏性鼻炎的安全性与有效性分析

摘　　要：目的分析地氯雷他定治疗过敏性鼻炎的安全性与有效性。方法入选在我院门诊及住院部诊疗的65例过敏性鼻炎患者,其中研究组(n=35)患者口服地氯雷他定片5 mg,1次/晚;而对照组(n=30)患者口服安慰剂,1次/晚,两组患者的疗程均为2 w。治疗后观察地氯雷他定治疗的安全性与有效性。结果治疗前,两组患者的流涕、鼻塞、喷嚏、鼻痒以及下鼻甲肿胀等症状体征积分没有统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组的上述症状体征积分较治疗前明显降低,也均较对照组治疗后明显降低(P<0.01)。对照组治疗前后的生活质量评分没有统计学差异(P>0.05),而研究组的评分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01)。治疗后,研究组有6例出现轻度的药物不良反应,其发生率为17.14%。结论地氯雷他定治疗过敏性鼻炎安全有效,可以显著改善患者的症状和生活质量。Objective To analyze the safety and efficacy of desloratadine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods Sixty five patients with allergic rhinitis and receiving the treatment in the outpatient and inpatient department were selected and divided into two groups. There were 35 ones in research group who orally took 5 mg desloratadine pill once per night and 30 ones in control group who orally took placebo once per night. The course of treatment for both groups was two weeks. After the treatment, observation was made in the safety and efficacy of the treatment with desloratadine. Results Before the treatment,there was no significant difference in the symptom scores of running nose, nasal obstruction, sneezing, nasal itching, and inferior turbinate swelling between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. However, after the treatment, the scores above of the research group significantly decreased compared with those of the research group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. There was no significance in the score of life quality in the control group before and after the treatment（ P 〉 0.05 ）, but for the research group, that score significantly decreased after the treatment （P 〈 0.01 ）. Mild drug adverse reaction occurred in 6 cases of the research group after the treatment, and the incidence rate was 17.14%. Conclusion Treatment of allergic rhinitis with desloratadine is safe and effective and can significantly improve the patients＂ symptoms and quality of life.
