苦参软膏治疗宫颈HPV感染的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察中药苦参软膏治疗宫颈人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的临床疗效。方法将宫颈HPV感染的患者随机分成治疗组和对照组。治疗组给予中药苦参软膏阴道内置药,分别于治疗3、6、9个月后复查;对照组不使用任何药物,3、6、9个月后复查。结果 3个月后,治疗组的HPV转阴率为36.66%,显著高于对照组的自然消退率(13.59%,P<0.05)。6个月后,对照组HPV转阴65例,转阴率为36.89%;治疗组HPV转阴94例,转阴率为78.33%,两组HPV转阴率有显著差异(P<0.05)。9个月后,对照组HPV转阴25例,转阴率为75.72%;治疗组HPV转阴112例,转阴率为93.33%,两组HPV转阴率也有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论苦参软膏具有抗宫颈HPV感染的作用,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical curative effects of Radix Sophorae Flavescentis ointment on cervical HPV infection. Methods Patients with cervical HPV infection were randomly divided into treatment and control group. The treatment group received the placement of intravaginal Radix Sophorae Flavescentis ointment and also the re - examination 3,6, and 9 months after the treatment. The control group did not take any drugs and also received the re - examination 3,6, and 9 months later. Results Three months after treatment, the negative conversion rate of HPV was 36.66% in the treatment group, which was significantly higher than the spontaneous regression rate of the control group （ 13.59%, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Six months later, there were 65 cases of negative HPV in the control group,and the negative conversion rate was 36.89% ;there were 94 cases of negative HPV in the treatment group, and the negative conversion rate was 78.33%. There were significant differences in the negative conversion rate of HPV between the two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. After 9 months, there were 25 cases of negative HPV in the control group with the negative conversion rate of 75.72% ; there were 112 ones in the treatment group with the negative conversion rate of 93.33%. There also were significant differences in the negative conversion rate between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Radix Sophorae Flavescentis ointment has anti - infection effect on cervical HPV and is worthwhile to be promoted.
