共同市场——海峡两岸经贸合作深化发展的最佳选择

摘　　要：从两岸经贸合作的现状出发,分析了当前两岸经贸合作存在的问题,认为其根源是台湾当局限制性的经贸政策造成的不对等经贸格局。通过对共同市场的贸易创造和贸易转移效应分析,认为共同市场是海峡两岸经贸合作深化发展的最佳选择,因为只有从实现区域内商品、资本、人员、技术的自由流动角度去构建两岸共同市场,两岸经贸才能有效整合,两岸经济才能长足发展。From the current situation of the Strait~ both sides cooperation of economy and trade, this article analyzes the existing problems, considering that the source lies in the unequal economic and trade pattern caused by Taiwan＇s restrictive trade policies. Based on the analysis on trade creation and trade diversion effect, it points out that the common market is the best choice of deepening economy and trade cooperation across Taiwan Strait. Only in view of the realization of the free flow of commodity, capital, labors and technology throughout the region, can economy and trade cooperation cross Taiwan Strait be effectively integrated and can economy obtain the considerable development.
