摘 要:以丙烯酰胺为单体,N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,研究了卫生陶瓷凝胶注模成型工艺。采用正交实验设计法考察了单体量、交联剂量、水量、球磨时间等因素对坯体干燥时间、脱模时间和干坯抗弯强度的影响。结果表明,适宜的有机单体和交联剂的加入,可以大大降低浆料粘度,促进胶凝,有助于提高坯体的强度;在一定范围内,随球磨时间增加,降低颗粒细度,易形成流动性好、粘度低的泥浆,有助于降低脱模时间。In this paper, using acrylamide as a monomer, and N, N '-methylene diacrylamide as a crosslinking agent, sanitary ceramics were gel cast. The influences of monomer content, crosslinking agent, water and ball milling time on slurry viscosity, demoulding time and flexural strength were studied by orthogonal experiment. Research shows that the addition of suitable organic monomer and crosslinking agent can greatly reduce the slurry viscosity and promote gelation, which helps to improve body strength. Within a certain range, the particle size will decrease with milling time increasing, which results in easy casting slurry with good fluidity and low viscosity.
