摘　　要：本文用VB系统软件编制辊道窑计算能耗分配的通用程序,重点是在选择不同类型的燃料,输入不同规格的窑炉生产规格和任意烧成周期的条件下,得到每节窑炉的燃料需要,经过可视化模块进行仿真,得到了较为满意的结果。本文所开发的仿真系统,可以对设计辊道窑时进行烧嘴布置提供借鉴。This paper designed a general program for the calculation of energy consumption of roller kiln by using of VB system software. After the user selected different types of fuel, inputted different specifications of the kiln production specifications and the time of a firing cycle, we can get energy needs of each section. The simulation has got the result that we need.
