摘  要:近年来随着地区经济发展及城市化进程的加快,地区的工业和城镇污水排放量也日益增加,导致河流水系水质日趋恶化,环境问题越来越突出。文中在对通榆河建湖、阜宁段控制单元水质及区域污染源调查的基础上,对影响通榆河建湖、阜宁段控制单元水质的污染源进行概化,建立研究区域水量水质数学模型,并根据设计水文条件和边界水质,进行了影响控制断面水质的概化排污口权重分析,初步构建了区域尾水出路方案。In recent years, with the regional economic development and urbanization acceleration, industrial and urban sewage emissions were growing to resulin river water quality deterioration, and the environmental issues were increasingly prominent. Based on investigation of water quality and the regional pollution sources of Jianhu and Funing section control unit of Tongyu River, a gen- eralization was given to pollution sources affecting water quality of Jianhu and Funing section control unit of Tongyu River, and a wa- ter quality mathematics model was established for the regional water enviroment. According to the designed hydrological conditions and border water quality, weights analysis was conducted for generalizability outfall affecting the water quality of control section, and a scheme for the regional tail water outlet was preliminarily established.
