摘　　要：论述了生态文明理论的内涵及其特点,介绍了国内生态文明建设理论的应用,并归纳出中国生态文明建设的鲜明特点,即以生态省(市、县)建设为抓手,依托有形的载体扎实推进生态文明建设。结合江苏省可持续发展的战略,提出江苏生态文明建设的实现途径,以生态省建设为载体加快推进生态文明建设,努力走出一条经济发展与环境保护双赢的可持续发展之路。This paper discusses the connotation and characteristics of ecological civilization theory. The application domestic ec- ological civilization construction theory was introduced in this paper. The distinct characteristics of ecological civilization construction in China was summarised. The focus on ecological province （city, county） construction to rely on the tangible carrier to promote the ecological civilization construction effectively. Combined with the strategy of sustainable development in Jiangsu, the realization way of ecological civilization construction in the province was put for ward, the ecological province construction was taken as the carrier to accelerate the construction of ecological civilization, and efforts were made to blaze a trail of sustainable development road with e- conomic development and environmental protection win -win.
