复方溃疡宁纱条治疗下肢慢性溃疡的疗效评估

摘　　要：目的评价复方溃疡宁治疗下肢慢性溃疡的临床疗效及安全性。方法将30例下肢慢性溃疡患者按随机数字表法分为复方溃疡宁治疗组(研究组15例,复方溃疡宁纱条外敷创面)和凡士林治疗组(对照组15例,凡士林油纱条外敷创面),2组均每天更换敷料1次,必要时及时换药,2周为一疗程,其他治疗相同。比较2组疗效和溃疡愈合时间,并对患者血尿常规及肝肾功能等主要生化指标及不良反应进行监测。结果治疗两疗程后,治疗组有效率明显高于对照组(93.3%比73.3%,χ2=4.813、P=0.028),治疗组平均愈合时间较对照组短[(18.13±3.27)d比(23.07±2.95)d,F=0.089、P<0.01)]。结论复方溃疡宁纱条在慢性下肢溃疡的治疗中安全、有效,在短期内能够防止溃疡复发。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Kuiyangning dressing in patients with chronic leg ulcers.Methods Thirty patients with chronic leg ulcers were randomly assigned to receive either external application of Kuiyangning dressing（test group,n=15） or Vaseline treatment（control group,n=15）.The dressing was changed daily,or/and if necessary.Each course was repeated every 2 weeks.The efficacy and ulcer healing time were compared between the two groups.Biochemical parameters（liver and kidney function,and routine urine or blood test） and adverse reactions were monitored during therapy.Results Compared with control group,Kuiyangning dressing induced an increase in the effective rate（93.3% vs 73.3%,χ2=4.813,P=0.028） and a decrease in the average healing time [（18.13±3.27）d vs（23.07±2.95）d,F=0.089,P0.01）] after 2 courses of treatment.Conclusion Kuiyangning dressing is safe and effective and can prevent short-term relapse in the treatment of chronic leg ulcers.
