鼻内镜手术治疗非侵袭型真菌性鼻窦炎58例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨经鼻内镜手术治疗非侵袭型真菌性鼻窦炎患者的疗效。方法:回顾性分析经病理确诊的58例非侵袭型真菌性鼻窦炎患者的临床资料及随访结果。结果:58例患者的临床分型均属非侵袭型真菌性鼻窦炎,且均伴不同程度的解剖异常或病变及窦腔内病灶。术后随访6个月～2年,治愈41例(70.6%),好转13例(22.4%),无效2例(3.4%),复发2例(3.4%)。结论:鼻腔解剖异常及局部病变与真菌性鼻窦炎关系密切,经鼻内镜鼻窦手术治疗非侵袭型真菌性鼻窦炎疗效肯定。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of endoscopic sinus surgery （ESS） for chronic noninvasive fungal rhinosinusitis. Methods All of 58 cases were treated by the endoscopicsinus surgery, and the clinical symptoms,effects of endoscopic sinus surgery were analyzed retrospectively. Results All of the 58 cases were diagnosed as noninvasive fungal sinusitis by pathological examination and showed different extent abnormality of nasal anatomy.All patients were followed-up for six month to two years,41 cases （70.6%） are cured,13 cases （22.4%） are improved, 2 cases （3.4%） are ineffective, and 2 cases have relapse （3.4%）.Conclusion Noninvasive fungal sinusitis is related with the abnormal anatomy and the pathological changes of nasal cavity. Nasal endoscopic surgery is effective to treat noninvasive fungal sinusitis.
