一效膏治疗混合痔术后水肿的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨一效膏治疗混合痔术后水肿的临床疗效。方法:108位患者分为两组,治疗组54例混合痔术后患者给予一效膏换药,对照组54例以高渗盐水。结果:治疗组疗效优于对照组,两组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:一效膏是混合痔术后水肿应用较为理想的药物。Objective To probe to the therapeutic efficacy on the postoperative edema of mixed hemorrhoids by treatment with Yixiao Ointment.Methods 108 cases were randomly divided into two groups. While 54 cases in the treatment group were given Yixiao Ointment to change dressings,54 cases in the control group were treated with hypertonic saline.Resuhs Effectiveness of the treatment group excel in that of control group.Noticeable differences were observed （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Yixiao Ointment is an ideal medicine for the postoperative edema of mixed hemorrhoids.
