摘  要:研究了膜下滴灌不同灌溉量对辣椒叶片叶绿素荧光参数、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量的影响。结果表明:晴天上午自然光下PsⅡ光化学效率而/砌、实际光化学效率ФPSII随着温度的升高和光照强度的增加呈下降趋势,12:00~14:00间降至最低点,16:00以后再缓慢上升;300、375m^3/hm^2处理辣椒叶片的可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量整体上高于450m^3/hm^2处理的,525、600、675m^3/hm^2处理的可溶性糖含量明显高于450m^3/hm^2处理,可溶性蛋白含量明显低于450m^3/hm^2处理,表现出水量过多对辣椒生理的抑制作用。The effects of different irrigation quantity on chlorophy II fluorescence parameters, soluble sugar and soluble protein of pepper were studied. The results show that the sunny natural light PS II photochemical efficiency Fv/Fm and the actual photochemical efficiency ФPS II is a downward trend with the increase of temperature and light intensity in the morning, bottom out between 12:00-14:00 and rise again slowly after 16:00. The contents of soluble sugar and soluble protein in leaves of pepper plants with the treatments of 300 and 375 m^3/hm^2 are higher on the whole than those of the treatment of 450 m^3/hm^2 and their contents of soluble protein are lower obviously than that of the treatment of 450 m^3/hm^2. These indicators show that the physiological inhibition in pepper plants is caused by too much water.
