摘　　要：目的通过对有创血压(IBP)监测的护理,探讨有创血压监测在新生儿重症患者中的作用及其护理要点。方法对30例NICU新生儿重症患儿进行持续动脉血压监测。结果 30例患儿根据有创血压提供的病情动态变化,及时处理,并未出现并发症。结论有创血压监测提供了可靠的持续动态血压数据,在NICU患者救治中起到积极重要的作用。Objective To investigate the application of invasive blood pressure monitoring in critically ill ne-onates and the main points Of nursing. Methods Thirty critically ill neonates in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit （NICU） were performed invasive arterial blood pressure monitoring continually. Results Timely treatment was given to all the patients according to the dynamic disease situation provided by invasive blood pressure monitoring, which re- duced the adverse stimulations caused by pain to the neonates, and greatly alleviated the nurse＇s workload. No compli-cations occurred during the whole process. Conclusion The arterial blood pressure monitoring provides reliable data of arterial blood pressure, which plays a very important role in the treatment of patients in NICU.
