利培酮治疗儿童孤独症谱系障碍11例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察利培酮治疗孤独症谱系障碍患儿的疗效。方法 11例入选患儿在原有综合治疗的基础上服用利培酮,剂量0.5～1.0mg/d,分别在接受利培酮治疗前、治疗半年后进行孤独症治疗评定量表(ATEC)评估。结果治疗后与治疗前比较,患儿在社交、感知觉、行为等方面均有显著改善(P<0.01),疗效明显。结论利培酮治疗孤独症谱系障碍患儿在不良行为控制的基础上能明显改善认知,提高社交能力,而且副作用轻微,值得推广。Objective To analyze the effect of risperidone to treat autism spectrum disorders in children. Methods Eleven children with autism spectrum disorders were treated with risperidone for 6 months. Autism treatment evaluation checklist （ATEC） before and after the treatment was analyzed. The adverse events related to risperidone treatment were observed. Results The score of severity of illness and the ATEC total scores were significantly reduced after 6 month treatment. Great improvements had been shown on the apperception and behavioural symptoms. No severe adverse events related to fisperidone treatment were observed. Conclusions Rispefidone can significantly improve the behavioral disorders in children with autism spectrum disorders.
