区域生态文明建设协同发展评价方法研究

摘　　要：从存量指标、质量指标、结构指标和变动度指标的不同角度,提出构建区域生态文明建设协同发展评价指标体系,并对指标权重、指标无量纲化与综合评价方法和模型等进行分析。然后探讨由发展度、协调度和持续度的三大指数综合计算出的区域生态文明建设综合度。其中发展度描述发展的数量维,持续度描述发展的时间维,而协调度描述发展的效率和质量维。From the different angles of the stock indicators, quality indicators, structural indicators and changes in the degree of indicators, the paper proposed the evaluation index system of the construction of regional ecological civilization and discussed the index weight, comprehensive evaluation model and the index synthesis method. Then, the paper discussed the degree of the regional comprehensive ecological civilization, according to the three indicators of degree of development, coordination and duration. The degree of development described the quantitative dimension, the degree of duration described the time dimension and the degree of coordination described the quality dimension.
