利益诉求型群体性事件的发生演变及应急处置——以广东乌坎事件为例

摘　　要：当前农村存在着大量的以土地征收补偿、自治权利行使、环境保护需求为利益诉求的群体性事件。撷取发生在广东农村的乌坎事件作为典型样本,剖析此类利益诉求型群体性事件的发生机理和演变逻辑,并在此基础上提出相应应急处置对策。In therural areas there are a large number of mass incidents taking the land expropriation and compensation, the exercise of the self-governing right and the environmental protection as interest demands. Taking the Wukan event occurred in the rural areas of Guangdong province as a typical sample, the paper analyzed the occurrence mechanism and the logic of evolution of such interest demand type of mass incidents, put forward corresponding emergency disposal.
