摘　　要：在考虑影响高校图书馆图书采购经费分配因素的基础上,建立了基于多元权值模型的采购经费分配优化模型。首先根据学科建设的需求,设计了各类图书的学科权值算法;其次考虑了图书的实际流通数据,得到各类书籍的使用价值权重;然后在满足最低更新率的基础上,使各类图书的相对不公平指标最小。最后以福建工程学院图书馆为例,分析了该模型的有效性。With consideration of factors affecting distribution of book purchasing expenditure in university library, and basing on multiple weights model, the paper sets up an optimized distribution model for book purchasing expenditure. Firstly, to meet the require- ments of subject construction, it designs the subject weight arithmetic for different types of books; secondly, it analyses the actual data of book circulation, and gets usage value weights of different kinds of books; thirdly, it meets the minimum rate of renewal, and mini- mizes the relatively unfair index of every kind of books. Finally, it takes Fujian University of Technology library as an example and analyzes the efficiency of the model.
