摘　　要：随着管道完整性管理的发展,油气管道外防腐层检测与评价技术越来越受重视。介绍了常用外防腐层检测技术的基本原理、基本内容以及外腐蚀直接评价技术,其后介绍外防腐层破损点修复技术,总结了修复方案及步骤。定期开展油气管道外防腐层检测可明确管道的腐蚀情况及运行情况,制定合理的维修计划,降低管道运行风险,实现科学管理。With development and completion of pipeline integrity management system,more and more attention is paid to the detection and assessment techniques for external coatings on oil and gas pipelines. Described is the basic principle and main content of common detection techniques for external coatings,introduced are repair techniques for points of failure in external coatings and summarized are repair plans and steps. Pipeline operating companies shall conduct oil and gas pipeline external corrosion coating detection regularly in order to make clear pipeline corrosion conditions and prepare reasonable maintenance plan,which can reduce pipeline running risks and realize scientific management.
