摘 要:游梁式抽油机有杆泵采油是油田的主要生产方式,其工作参数对油田生产有着重要的影响。以追求最小吨油能耗为目标,提出了利用现有生产数据进行参数优化的新方法。新方法优先确定合理沉没度,然后设定一组产量,再根据产量计算相对应的抽汲参数和设计抽油杆组合,最后再计算出各组参数对应的吨油能耗,选最小吨油能耗值对应的参数作为最优参数。实际计算结果表明用该方法得到的吨油能耗值随产量呈现先降后升趋势;最优产量值只与井底供油能力有关;同时新方法还可用于评价抽汲参数是否合理。Beam pumping unit is still the main oil field production equipment and its working parameters have very important influence on oil field production. Taken is the pursuit of the least oil consumption as a start point and proposed is a newparameter optimization method. This method first determines reasonable submergence and then sets up a group of outputs. Calculated are relative swabbing parameters and designed is the sucker rod combination according to the outputs. Calculated are various oil consumption values according to each group of parameters and selected are the parameters ofthe least oil consumption as the optimal ones. Actual calculation results showthat the optimal output values obtained by the method are relative only to downhole oil supply ability and this method can also be used for evaluating rationality of the swabbing parameters.
