中国政治中政治价值体系的构建与国家建设

摘　　要：现代国家建设包括了现代制度组织体系和现代政治价值体系建设这两个维度。当前的研究主要集中于现代国家的制度建设,对于现代政治价值体系建设的探讨还很不够。政治价值体系对国家治理和社会整合有着重要的积极意义,中国传统社会依靠的是儒学价值体系,改革开放以前中国共产党以革命价值体系对社会进行有效地整合。转型时期,现代政治价值体系缺失已成为一个社会不稳定的重要根源,因此,在现代国家建设中必须要构建一套与现代制度相匹配的现代政治价值体系。以民主法治、自由平等和公平正义为核心的现代政治价值体系是现代国家需要确立的制度价值,是国家和社会共同认可的价值标准和行为准则。现代政治价值建设是当前社会主义核心价值体系建设的重要组成部分,是中国特色社会主义国家建设一项长期的基础性工程。National building in modern times includes two dimensions：the building of modern organization system and the building of modern political value system.The current research mainly focuses on the building of national organization system,while it is not enough in regard to the research of modern political value system.Political value system has a positive significance to national governance and social integration;traditional Chinese society depended on the Confucian value system,and the CPC used revolutionary value system to integrate society efficiently before reform and opening up.In the transformation period,lack of modern political value system has become an important reason for social instability,therefore,we must build a modern political value system that matches with modern organization system.Democracy and the rule of law,and freedom,equality and fairness and justice are the core of modern political value system,and every modern nation needs these values in its national building process.Modern political value system is the significant part of the core value system of socialism.
