自制腕指功能锻炼器在桡神经损伤中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨应用自制腕指功能锻炼器治疗桡神经损伤的疗效。方法 32例桡神经损伤患者,随机分为治疗组(锻炼器锻炼组)17例和对照组(观察组)15例,两组治疗6个月后观察疗效。结果治疗组的优良率为93.7%,对照组为60.0%,两组患者有统计学意义。结论应用自制腕指功能锻炼器治疗桡神经损伤是一种有效的方法,值得推广。Objective To invesligate the treatment efficaey of self-made fi.mtional wrisl exerciser in radial nervc injuv Imfienls. Method 32 patields with radial new injury were ratlclomLy divided into the lrealffenl group （exerciser exercise Brup） of 17 cases and th, （observati.n group） of 15 patiellls with 6 months fidllwing up. Results Good revovevy rate in the heahllenl gr.up as 93.7% and 60.0% in the conrol group. There as stalislically significance between two groul）S. Conclusion The self-made funclional wrisl exengser is an effxtive means and worthy treatment of wrist radial nerve injury.
