麦芽醇对大鼠子宫缺血再灌注损伤的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨麦芽醇(maltol)对大鼠子宫缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法 SD大鼠30只随机分为对照组、缺血再灌注组和麦芽醇组。检测细胞凋亡情况。结果与对照组比较,缺血再灌注组细胞凋亡显著增加,用麦芽醇处理后,细胞凋亡明显减少(P<0.05)。结论麦芽醇对大鼠子宫缺血再灌注损伤有保护作用。Objective To study the effect of maltol on uterus ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats.Methods 30 SD rats were randomly divided into control group,ischima-reperfusion group and maltol group.The model of ischemia-reperfusion injury was established by ligating uterus artery for 30 min,followed by reperfusion for 60 min.The level of cell apoptosis was detected.Results A significant increase of cell apoptosis was detected.The difference of cell apoptosis between ischemic group and maltol group was significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Maltol has protective effect on rat uterus ischemia-reperfusion injury.
