摘　　要：近代小说研究在整个中国小说史研究中曾属于一个薄弱环节,但是百余年来,近代小说研究也取得了巨大成绩。其成绩主要表现在近代小说作品的整理以及小说家资料的收集和出版上,近代小说的思想内容、艺术特点和历史地位等方面的研究上,以及近代小说理论的研究上。其中近代小说的现代转型研究和近代小说的物质技术因素的研究,成绩尤其令人瞩目。今后加强近代小说研究,要凸显近代小说本位观,进一步挖掘、整理近代小说的研究资料,立足于小说文本,研究时避免新文学立场所带来的局限。Modern novel studies is a weak link, but it has also got enormous achievements during the past hundred years in entire Chinese novel history research. Its main behaviour of achievement is that modem novel works were published as well as novelist data, and novel thought , art and position and modern novel theory research have got- ten gigantic achievement. The achievement about modem novel＇ s revolution research and matter technology factor research make people focus attention. To reinforce modem novel research from now on, we must protrude the mod- em novel＇ s standard, collect and arrange its data, keep a foothold in the novel version, and avoid new literature＇ s limits further.
