行政公文修辞语境的作用分析

摘　　要：语言环境对语言表达具有制约作用。人们如果巧妙地利用语境的某种特殊条件进行修辞活动，就能使语言焕发夺目的光彩。行政公文语境对其语言的运用同样具有制约作用。本文主要从语言含义的明晰、感情色彩的确定、言语歧义的排除、同义手段的选择、修辞效果的评价等方面来分析行政公文修辞语境的作用，以利于人们能够根据行政公文语境的特点，准确运用行政公文修辞的方法。Language environment has a restrictive effect on the language expression. If people skillfully use some special conditions to be engaged in rhetorical activities, they can make the language much more brilliant. Administra- tive official document context has also restrictive function to the use of language. This paper tries to analyses mainly the function of official document context from the following aspects ： clarity of language meaning, identification of emo- tional color, exclusion of language ambiguity, choosing synonymous means, evaluation of rhetorical effect in order that people can apply the relevant method correctly according to the characteristics of official document context.
