金银花与山银花的鉴别方法研究

摘　　要：目的建立高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测法(HPLC-ELSD)定性鉴别方法,以区分金银花与山银花及其制剂。方法以灰毡毛忍冬皂苷乙为指标成分,十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;乙腈-0.4%醋酸为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL.min-1,用蒸发光散射检测器。结果金银花及其制剂未检出灰毡毛忍冬皂苷乙,山银花及其制剂均检出。结论建立的HPLC-ELSD定性鉴别方法,可用于金银花及其提取物和制剂中非法添加山银花的检查,为规范金银花药材市场提供技术支持。Objective To establish an HPLC -ELSD identification method for Flos lonicerae japonicae, Flos lonicerae and their preparations. Methods Maeranthoidin B was used as a marker constituent separated on Cls column. The mobile phase was a mixture of aeetonitrile and 0.4% acetic acid employing gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL ~ min- i. De- tection was accomplished with evaporative light - scattering detector. Results Macranthoidin B in the Flos lonicerae japoni- cae and its preparations were not detected,and the Flos lonicerae and its preparations were detected. Conclusion The iden- tification method can be used for the Flos lonicerae japonicae, Flos lonicerae and their preparations, and provide a technical support for regulating the market.
