摘　　要：目的分析我院2012年第三季度神经内科抗感染药物应用情况,指导临床合理用药。方法采用回顾性调查对神经内科7～9月份抗感染药物的临床使用种类、数量、限定日剂量(DDD)、DDDs及药物利用指数(DUI)进行统计分析。结果左氧氟沙星及头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠注射液的用量分别占总抗感染药物使用量的41.08%和29.32%。结论我院神经内科抗感染药物使用基本合理。Objective To analyze the utilization of anti - infective drugs in neurology department in the 3 rd quarter of 2012 in our hospital so as to guide rational clinical medication. Methods The retrospective study was adopted to statisti- cally analyze the kinds, amounts, defined daily dose （ DDD ） , DDDs and drug utilization index （ DUI ） of anti - infective drugs used in neurology department between July and September. Results The amounts of levofloxacin injection and cefoperazone sulbactam sodium injection accounted for 41.08% and 29.32% ,respectively. Conclusion The application of anti - infec- tive drugs in neurology department was basically rational.
