欧洲肉鸽X银王F1代屠宰性能测定与杂交优势的研究

摘　　要：以欧洲肉鸽为父本、银王鸽为母本杂交所产生的F1代为研究对象,随机选取F1代、欧洲肉鸽和银王鸽28日龄雏鸽各30羽进行屠宰测定并计算其性能杂交优势和相关性。结果显示,F1代的活体重、屠体重、半净膛重、腹脂重、全净膛重和胸肌重均超越父本,而F1代的腹脂率和腿肌率低于母本水平;F1代的活体重、屠体重、胸肌重、半净膛重和全净膛重的杂交优势率较高,都在10%上下范围,全净膛重和胸肌重为杂交优势率最高,分别达到12.8%和19.7%,腹脂率和腿肌率杂交优势率分别为-15.4%和-11.1%,即杂交劣势;F1代屠体各性状中,活体重、屠体重、半净膛重、全净膛重、胸肌重、腿重、爪重、翅重、头重、腿肌重和心重之间成强正相关,其相关系数为0.9958～0.5493,其中半净膛重与活体重、全净膛重和半净膛重、全净膛重与屠体重和屠体重与活体重相关系数最高,分别为0.9958、0.9956、0.9930、0.9926。European Pigeon as male parent, Silver King Pigeon as female parent of hybrid produced by the F1 as the research object, a randomly selected F1, European Pigeon and Silver King Pigeon 28 day-old pigeon are respectively 30 feather slaughter determination and calculation of its performance of Heterosis and correlation. The results showed, F1 generation of live weight, carcass weight, half net thorax weight, abdominal fat weight, whole net thorax weight and breast muscle weight are beyond the European Pigeon, while the FI generation of abdominal fat rate and leg muscle rate lower than the Silver King Pigeon; F1 generation live weight, carcass weight,chest muscle weight, half net thorax weight and whole net thorax weight heterosis rate is higher, at 10% upper and lower, whole net thorax weight and breast muscle weight heterosis rate is highest, respectively reached 12.8% and 19.7%, the abdominal fat rate and leg muscle rate heterosis rate respectively -15.4% and -11.1%, Hybrid disadvantage. FI Carcass traits, live weight, carcass weight, half net thorax weight, carcass weight, breast muscle weight, legs weight, claws weight, wings weight, head weight, legs muscle weight and heart weight between the strong positive correlation, the correlation coefficient is 0.9958-0.5493, among them half net thorax weight and live weight, carcass and half net thorax weight, carcass and the carcass weight and carcass weight and live weight highest correlation coefficient, respectively 0.9958,0.9956,0.9930,0.9926.
