摘  要:随着决策环境的变化,决策过程具有明显的新特征,群体决策比个体决策具有更加独特的优势。本文首先阐述了元系统跃迁理论的内涵,然后探讨了复杂群决策的全过程及其构成要素,再则基于元系统跃迁理论研究了群决策过程跃迁演化机理,最后以重大工程决策为例详细分析了复杂群决策过程的跃迁与演化。实例分析结果表明,群决策过程的元系统跃迁研究视角具有较好的理论研究价值。Along with obvious new features, thus the changes of decision-making environment, decision-making process has some group decision-making has more particular advantages than individual decisionmaking. This paper firstly reviews contents of Meta-system Transition theory, and then analyzes the whole process of complex group decision-making and its components. Thirdly, we study the mechanism of transition and evolution of group decision-making process based on Meta-system Transition theory. Finally, this paper takes the decision process of major projects for example to analyze the transition and evolution of complex group decision-making process. Result of analysis for the example shows that it has better theoretic value to study the process of group decision-makin~ from the viewpoint of Meta-svstem transition.
