摘　　要：以哲学角度辩证地从安全与危险的关系、安全与生产的统一、安全与质量同步、安全与速度互促、安全与效益同在这五个方面对安全问题进行了阐述,并分析了处理好这五种关系的重要性。From the philosophical point of view, the article dialectically describes the safety issues from five aspects including the relationship be- tween safety and danger, unity of safety and production, synchronization of safety and quality, promotion of security and speed, coexist of safety and efficiency, and analyzes the importance of handling these five relationships.
