新生代农民工社会保障问题对城镇化的影响研究——以常州市武进区为例

摘　　要：文章以常州市武进区为例,分析了新生代农民工社会保障存在社会保险参保率低、社会救助和社会福利缺失等问题,以及其对城镇化的影响进行了理论和实证研究,提出提高城镇化水平必须以完善新生代农民工社会保障为核心,进一步加快新生代农民工市民化进程的对策。This paper takes Wujin District, Changzhou city as an example for the investigation, analyzed the problems of the low social insurance rate of the new generation of migrant workers, the lacking of social assistance and social welfare, as well as the causes of the problems. It carried out theoretical and empirical analysis of impact that the lag of social security of the new generation of migrant workers had on the development of Urbanization during the course of urbanization, it also put forward that to improve the level of urbanization, we must set perfecting the new generation of migrant workers＇ social security as the core, further speed up the process of the urbanization of the new generation of migrant workers, and also enhance the level of urbanization.
