摘　　要：在新医改的推动下,大学生这一特殊群体被纳入到了城镇居民医疗保险范围,这对满足大学生基本医疗需求,减轻患病大学生家庭经济负担起到了举足轻重的作用。但大学生参与城镇居民医疗保险同样也面临诸多问题,尤其是在地方高校,部分大学生对医疗保险缺乏信赖,参保意愿不强,使这一制度的可持续发展缺乏坚实的基础。因此,有必要深入分析原因并提出应对之策,推进合作医疗健康发展。Under the promotion of the New Medical Reform, the special group of college students has been incorporated into the scope of urban residents medical insurance system. It plays an important role to meet the basic medical needs of college students and reduce the family economic burden of students with sickness. But college students medical insurance is also facing many problems especially in local universities, some college students lack of trust in medical insurance, they are not very will in insuring, so that the sustainable development of this system lack of solid foundation. Therefore, it is necessary to deeply analyze the reasons and put forward the countermeasures to promote healthy development of cooperative medical system
