社会分层视角下社会保障质量提升研究

摘　　要：改革开放以来,与社会主义市场经济体制相适应的社会保障制度从无到有、从初创到完善,经过30多年的发展,社会保障制度已经从普遍覆盖进入了质量提升时期。社会保障制度建设的重心不再仅是围绕制度数量,制度的质量更应该得到重视。社会保障与社会分层的互动研究为社会保障制度的质量提升提供一个新的视角和思路。通过研究社会分层与社会保障之间联系,从中探寻各自的规律以期实现两者良性互动。Since the reform and opening up, government has made great efforts to build social security system which is adapting to the socialist market economic system. Now, the development goal of social security has changed from universal coverage to quality upgrade. The focus of development has shifted from the number of the system to the quality of the system. The interaction study of the social security and social stratification provides a new perspective and ideas to improve the quality of the social security system. Through this study we can explore the inherent laws respectively and achieve positive interaction between social stratification and social security.
